Plz help!!!!!97 accord ex Eld replacement

Hi all, I have a 97 accord and was told I need a new electronic load detector. My issue is I can’t find the part at all. Any suggestions?

On your generation Accord, the ELD is part of the under-hood fuse panel, and the ELD is not separately sold.
