Default Easy Fix, right?

Hey, so the beige weatherstrip on the Driver's Side Rear Door got damaged - see photo. 2010 Honda Civic LX Sedan. I say it's an easy fix (just remove and replace the weatherstrip), but one guy tells me you gotta remove a couple door panels which sounds nuts. What do you all think? Thanks!

Yes, it is easy to replace, some interior trim will have to be removed.

Google for videos on replacement. There are videos regarding Civics, Insights, etc. that show replacement.

Thanks, @tech8! Only video I could find was this one. All the others were for the trunk, front door windowseal on the door itself (not the car frame), etc. Hope it's this simple, not even any glue needed looks like.
