Default Transmission flush

I took my car to a local Aamco for transmission service although the car was not giving me any troubles at the time the last time I had my car serviced at a Honda dealership which is about 4 months prior they told me that I might need a transmission tune up. When I took it to this Amco station they flush the transmission and then called me and told me that it would not go into gear I drove the car to them without any problems and they drove it into their bay and then I had to have it towed out and towed to a Honda dealership who told me that I needed a new transmission because some things in the transmission became contaminated. I have noticed in the threads that it recommends against transmission Flushing which is what they did and what they admitted to doing however because legal action has been filed against them they're saying that they did nothing wrong is there anyone that can tell me that flushing the transmission on a 2016 Honda Accord was the wrong thing to do?
