Hello I am in need of help / solutions

I have a 97 coupe swap b16a fully built motor, sleeved block, 400 injectors, and t04e turbo making around 10psi and is fully capable of more.
I am having troubles keeping my car running after initially starting it. Whenever it does run, it will stall out every time I stop. Been happening about 1 week.
Yes i have spark, Fuel pressure is 40-50 which is where it’s supposed to be, no oil leaks, battery is 1 year old, distributor is brand new.
Afr is good even though I do run a bit rich
No engine codes are appearing or pending, so I can likely cross TPS and MAP off the list as well.
Is it the tune? Possibly something in the ecu messing with injectors? p73 ecu
I am out of ideas
