sugi'm getting 17" rim for my 98' accord sedan. what size of tire will go perfect for it?
17" wheel on accord might be too big, but i think it will good awesome. oh well, just trying for heck of it. what size tire will be perfect for my car? you know... which tire won't touch wheel base when i turn..

50 series is too thick for a 17", go with 205/45/17(if your wheel width is smaller, around 17x7") or 215/45/17(for a 17.7.5" wheel).
EDIT: btw go with kumho tires if you want cheap and well performing tires, except for snow

LOL you can fit a 19" in it and still rollin' haha
I dont think you will have problem with 99% of 17inch.
just watch out for offset.
Kumho-except for snow and wet situation
I have Kumho 711..dirt cheap long tire good grip

245/35/17.....but you really should have some power under the hood for anything over 13's!
