I turned on my Integra and I started hearing this chirping and sort of like squeaking noise. I ignored it, but now its getting very annoying and I think its starting to get even louder. Every time I stop at a red light or stop sign It starts chirping and squealing. but when I'm driving it just goes away. I was thinking it was the catalytic converter. but do you guys have any idea of what it could be

Sounds like the idler pulley on the A/C belt.
