Default Problem with EP3 doesnt drive like its suppose to

Does anyone know what might be the problem? Previously I had two codes P0135 and P0141 and had similar problem before, first o2 sensor had one cable cut so I soldered it but it was right at the top of the sensor so there wasn’t much cable left to solder on, then it felt like it fixed for a day, but the problem appeared again, but it isnt throwing the code no more only for secondary sensor.

So is it o2 sensor fault? Or something else, would really appreciate help because i don’t know what to do 🤷🏻 (Someone wrote that it might be timing chain) Could it be?

Thank you

btw this happens not only in VTEC and in lower rpm aswell it feels like it’s stopping for a moment, sometimes VTEC doesn’t work, or starts working in 7k rpm, or sometimes it feels like I’m hitting rev limiter when I’m at 6k rpm
