tried searching, but I am not sure what to even describe it as, so I was unable to find the answer I am looking to. Most of the info refers to RSX harnesses, which I do not need.

On the charge/starter harness, where does the plug circles in red goto? what is it for?

On the starter sub-harness that is connector C102 (female), which connects to C102 (male) from the engine harness.

Power from the starter cut-relay goes through that part of the harnesses, all the way to the starter solenoid.
