1995 Civic Sedan Auto D15B7 to D16Y4 Manual Swap
Hi all, my head gasket on my D15 has officially blown so I'm looking to swap in a D16Y4.
I've been doing some research on this topic and based off older forums, I'm getting mixed answers with swapping a D15B7 to a D16Y4.
I just want to try get a clearer direction with doing this swap and I'm hoping someone that has experience with this can tell me what they know.
Based on other forums that I've read consist of this (feel free to correct me):
- p28 ecu since D15 doesn't have VTEC
- D16Z6 dizzy or rewire D15 dizzy
- use existing D15 manifold and injectors onto D16
- original D15 mounts should work
