The factory pan has baffles. I wouldn't waste my money if the factory pan is in serviceable condition.

I bought a similar pan from ebay because it already had the welded bungs for my turbo build. I wish I hadn't bought it, none of the holes on the pan lined up with the block when installing it. I had to re-drill the newly bought oil pan to make the studs line up, and even then it was tight.

Though the baffles on that pan the OP posted looks a lot closer to the PW JDM weld in baffles than the regular b series oil pan.

I'm currently running a "OEM" style oil pan on my Del Sol and didn't have any issues with it. Sometimes, it is a hit or miss when it comes to precise fitment with aftermarket parts.

The OEM pan does not have baffles around the pickup.

I have had good experience buying oil pans from Remtune, he pre-welds baffles and AN bungs (if asked) onto the pans he sends out. No fitment issues.

To the ops question.. the oil temp is not going to change using that pan. It's only going to help with the sloshing keeping oil at the pickup if your tracking your car doing constant hard turns and braking. If you want to lower the temperature just get a external oil cooler like a small B&M one though you shouldn't really need one. You could also heat wrap your exhaust manifold that travels under the pan to help the temp lower a tad. I like using DEI wrap.
