Default Weird No start.

I have seen a ton of info on no start issues with 90-93 Integras. I can't seem to figure out the problem or find someone that has had the same problem. I purchased a 1993 Acura Integra LS from a friend. He drove the car to lunch started up started up and ran fine, then when he went to fire it up to go home the car would not start. It will crank but will not fire. The fuel pump will not kick on and it is not getting spark. so far the parts he replaced prior to me buying the car as as follows. New distributor, new main relay, referb computer. the main relay is good but won't kick power to the fuel pump. I bypassed it to see if that was also the reason for the no spark but I'm still not getting spark. the light on the dash still come on and the car turns over just now spark or fuel.

Update, after doing some serious testing I figured out it's the ECU was still bad even after going to a professional company to be repaired. I had a computer for my 92 Accord so I put that in it and it fired up. so now I need to find a 37820-PR4-A11 ECU to buy for my car.
