Compare part numbers on a parts reselling website like hondapartsnow . Com
If the bumpers are not the same part number then check to see if the front fenders, hood, headlights are the same part numbers. That would give you a pretty good idea if the bumper covers are the same shape where they interface with the rest of the body.
