94 del sol help please

I over tighten and broke the bolt that goes into the tranny for the shifter stabilizer bushing on my 94 del sol. I could really use some help on figuring out what I need to do In order to fix this problem please any thank you.

Extract the bolt, repair the threads if necessary, re-install a new bolt (no longer than 16mm) and torque it to 16 ft/lbs.
