Default Buying accord

Hey guys so I want to buy this accord, but im still learning. I need a daily driver and asking if this could be a simple issue or something I could just fix. Ik the guy says the problem but im just trying to get diff views.

Its a 96 accord with a 4 cyl.

Honestly to me sounds like it isnt worth the headache. Plenyt of running accords for sale out there

Walk away from that. That's a huge headache. If it were titled and up to date I'd say maybe gamble for $400, but all those issues and you still need to go through the DMV? hard pass.

The only way i'd buy it for $400 is if you can buy another accord with the same engine and use that $400 as a parts bin for it, if you have the space

owner sounds like he's clueless about the car he claims to have. I would walk away from this because you will be inheriting his headache for sure
