OP, you would have to convert to an OBD-1 type ECU with an ECU jumper/adapter harness and then select a custom chip or tuning solution like Hondata S300.

What ecu do I get I'm confused with the whole p28 p32 thing. I know a bit about honda as well as all motors in general but ecu not so much. I know I need obd1 but I see different obd 1 ecu available. Thank you for the reply I appreciate it.

A completely stock engine does not need a new tune. You’ll gain about 5hp. Don’t waste your money. Put your AC back in, it’s hot.

If your only 2 mods are ac and ps delete, keep the stock ecu.

If you have a turbo bolted on of some other crazy mods then run a obd1 jumper harness then look for an obd1 p30, p72, p28, p75, p06 probably in that order, manual preferred. Then get Hondata.
