Hi! Sorry for a stupid question, but I don’t know what to do ( I read forum but I didn’t find answer).

I have Honda Civic HB DX 88 carb d13b1 with a non rpm dash. When I buy a car, seller gives me a dash with rpm module (CRX, Civic SI ?). Reading the forum I realized that I need to re pin dash plug. Blue wire refers to rpm, right? I change the wire in the plug (11, 12) but it didn’t work. Maybe because I have d13b1 carb I need to add a new wire from distributor? Help me please! ( sorry for my bad english I am non native speaker)
