Default 91 civic si b16a odb1 swap

Hello, Im in the process of swappin my 91 ef si civic hatch. I have alot of questions, mainly simplifying this process as much as possible. I bought a b16a with hydro trans and it came with p28 ecu. Im okay with reusing my harness if needed but i want to do whatever is easier. if i need to get a new harness with sub harness i will. I also want a decent amount of power. im thinking of doing a stage 2 cam set with springs and retainers. Ive been contemplating a stroker kit but idk if its worth it. I want to shoot for 350- 400 hp. Will the stock block handle that with stock internals? also how much hp can i get with a N/A build? would a coil conversion be a good option? my budget is flexible. Im also going to replace gaskets/timing belt and water put as its easier with the motor out. Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated. This is my first swap and im kinda new to hondas but i have been doing alot of research. thanks and cheers!
