Default P1259, how to replace a VCT solenoid? 01 accord

I hope everyone’s doing well and once again I truly appreciate any help given! I have a Honda Accord 2001 2.3l 4 cylinder with 220,000 miles, I got my CEL scanned and it says I have P1259. It also says I have to buy a VCT Solenoid (variable camshaft timing). I was wondering if anyone knows exactly what part this is and how I can replace it? I’ve been looking on YouTube and Google and it seems nobody posts how to replace it. The part it shows appears to look like a cylinder with one plug to connect to something and I just wanna be sure before I buy anything, thank you!

The sheet I got from autozone from a scan

A closer look at the part in question
