Default Door Seam Rust

So, one thing that has consistently bothered me with my DIY restoration of my integra is the condition of my doors. All four doors are original to the car, all four of them had rust in the door seams. It is pretty much impossible to find 4 rust free doors in the north east, so I just continued with what I had. One door has a previous repair from a side swipe, so I think at a minimum that door will need to be replaced because I cannot get it to look good enough for me. Is there a good method to repair rust in the door seams? Or is it just better / easier to try and track down 4 clean rust free doors? I'd like to re-use what I have if possible, but if it just doesnt make sense to try to make those repairs, I'll continue my search. I would take pictures of the condition of my door seams right now, but I sprayed them with fluid film in an attempt to keep them from getting any worse than they already are, so there's not much to see. The rust is bad enough on the one door, it is starting to show on the other side.
