Problems after valve adjustment
2002 Accord V6. 3.0
310000 milesAlways ran great aside from a noise that lead me to adjusting valves
I just did a valve Adjustment today and after putting everything back together, it is idling right around 1000rpm and there is a drip of coolant from the hose to the intake manifold? Any ideas? When adjusting the valves I was sure to use to proper feeler gauges and from my opinion there was a slight drag on each one. Now running at 1k idle and small drip from the hose directly underneath the intake. Idk if I messed or what happened.

The 1000 rpm issue sounds as though you may have a vacuum leak, disconnected or cracked hose?
Coolant drip would be from moving stuff around in the engine bay, may have pushed something and caused a hose to come loose?

I found the hose that the coolant is leaking from. It is connected to throttle body, it must have a hole in it...I wasn't aware coolant lines went through the throttle body. The vacuum leak I will look for that could be valve cover seals, intake gasket or any of the lines I had to disconnect to tear down for the valve adjustment?
