A '97-98 CRV manual ECU (P3F) is pretty dang close but difficult to find... and so is a '96-98 Integra LS/RS/GS manual ECU (P74 or P75).

Ok. I had bought a p3f and tried it with my harness but it wasn't the right obd it was a obd2b and my harness is for obd2a. I think I'm going to try finding an integra ls ecu and see how that works.
