1978 Civic Wagon CTR +Jackson build
Hi I’m new here, but not new to Honda. I am a Toyota and Honda master, factory trained since the 90’s. and would like to run my project of parts past you all because some of you know more than I do. So. Here we go. I have a 1978 civic a/t wagon. A 1978 civic m/t hatch. Both in pretty straight condition. I also have an ek hatch I built over 15 years ago, sold, then miraculously just recovered because the guy got scared from the twin cam distributor slap and parked it for years after trashing it. I traded a beat Ford truck to get it back. The ek shell and interior is trashed now but my motor and build is still pristine. The ek is set up with jdm b16 set up and built by me. Only about 15k on the build so nice and fresh still, with a gsr hydro tranny and I have SI cradles and brakes complete. And yes a gsr Jackson mated to a ctr manifold. The slightly larger supercharger. I drove that ek across the country after I built it and speed factory tuned it back in the day.
b16 Jackson ctr build into 1978 wagon. What do you guys think? I know I have to cut and fab. Any of your guys 2 cents on hub and axle and brake ideas and swapping the wagon rear from leaf to ifs is appreciated.
time to build.

Neat idea... Obviously, the engine bay is really small, so room for a DOHC engine and a JRSC will be a challenge. I have never seen this combination before, so I am not able to help guide you with respect to axles and hubs/brakes. Keep us posted on your progress... I can't wait to see your car done.
