Default Solid CEL after disconnecting battery

I removed my battery to refill tranny through reverse switch hole. Upon reconnecting, my car now idles like butt and has a solid CEL (both on priming and when car is started/ running). Any ideas?

I will be burping coolant and will plan to clean my IACV, but what could be a possible reason as to why my CEL is showing when It never had one prior?

Pull the carpet I. The passenger floor and count the blinks from your ECU. What is the car telling you?

It was the ECT sensor, code 6. Maybe I hit it when I was trying to remove my reverse switch to refill my tranny. Just weird it comes out of nowhere.

Maybe bumped it and just needs to be inspected? But a new sensor is like 30 bucks or less. I had a similar idle issue and an occasional crank no start that replacing the coolant sensor fixed
