Default 97 Civic Hatch Not Starting

Was doing an auto to manual swap on my 97 civic hatch. It would start fine and everything but a few days later it wouldn’t start and no lights came in the cluster. I checked the fuses and my 40A Ignition fuse was blown. So, I bypassed it to see if it would start and it cranks but doesn’t have the juice to run. I think something is stopping it from running because it realizes there’s a problem there. Any help is really really appreciated. I can always send pics if needed for reference too

Check your wiring. That ignition fuse doesn't normally blow by itself. Wire is grounded somewhere.
