Head gasket? F20B6

So ill start a week ago. Did an oil change filter and new plug as was losing oil found out 1 rocker bolt was loose so nipped that back up at the same time as the oil change. Found fresh oil at the back of the oil filter assumed id found the leak and jobs a gooden. Today before a polish (i have the mk6 se exec accord with black/blue mettalic fleck) decided to do a coolant change. Flushed the system with normal water then added bright red antifreeze. Left the cap off to bleed the system and top up as i go. Put some throttle on and it spat out atleast half what i put in and had the oily skim to it -.- im loosing 1ltr of oil in 200 miles. No change in power vtec still kicks in nicely would not of noticed it if it was not for the change. Any help is appriciated (Honda accord se exec 2.0i vtec)
