Default Fob not working immobiliser stopping from starting

So the 2002 crv wasn't used for 10 days went to get in the fob wasn't working my ex got in and was cranking it but it would d start it was turning over fine she tried to jump start it incase it was the battery se did some other bits checked fuses ect. She then phoned me first question I asked was is the immobiliser light on.
It was
I went over with a spare key. Still nothing just the immobiliser key flashing. I had a look round the ignition checking plugs ect the battery was reading 11.6v presumably because if all the cranking that had been Don previously
The battey was taken out and fully charged reinstalled didn't make a diffrance
Had an auto locksmith out to check it hadn't lost the codes he said everything was working as it should.

So fobs don't work immobiliser is on and all doors are deadlocked apart from the drivers door opening the drivers door with the key does nothing to the other doors
