How do you know it is "leaning out" ? Did the car run properly before and has recently began to act poorly ? What do you know about the swap ?
Assuming that everything was done correctly and all correct components were used... my first thought would be an exhaust leak BEFORE the O2 sensor. If you didn't do the swap, there are soooo many things that need to be verified to help you diagnose the issue.

Lastly... grow some patience rookie. Coming back less than two hours from your initial post with an attitude won't endear the members here that CAN help to do so. People have lives... and aren't sitting around logged on 24/7 just waiting to pounce on a brand new thread from a frantic newbie like yourself.

The swap has been in the car for about 3years was running good up until the past 6mo.
the only time I’ts done this was when the vss got wet.
it is working because Speedo and odometer are both working.

thank you for your help.

ps. Sorry about the frustration, it was just one of those days. Not cool on my behalf I apologize.

Apology accepted. I have those days all of the time !!! LOL

Now back to diagnosis.
As I stated before, could you have a leak at the exhaust manifold which is freaking out the O2 sensor... or, could the O2 sensor be psycho on it's own. To test this, disconnect the battery to reset the "Short Term" and "Long Term" fuel trim values. Reconnect the battery and go drive the car. If it seems fine on the first drive, and then slowly starts to get back to the "leaning out" that you have described above... then it is the O2 sensor. It is not uncommon for Primary O2 sensors to fail in 125 to 140K miles. Next thought: Crazy TPS sensor. Do you have a way to see your engine's output data while running ? The datalog stream in Hondata S300 or something similar is what I am referring to if possible. If the TPS response is late, the engine performance may feel weak... giving you the idea of "leaning out". An improperly functioning ECT or IAT could create the same type of engine performance as well.

Let's start there... go and test and let me know what you come up with.
