In a bind trying to reinstall the transmission on my Accord. Advice needed.
I've been fighting with getting my transmission back on my car for two days now and I'm ready to pull my hair out!
It's on my 2000 accord 4dr lx 2.3l vtect manual transmission. I have it on the engine (neither of the two connected engine/ transmission mounts connected yet) with the two large bolts on top both in (all bolts I have on I've left with gap still to keep the trans straight as possible), the larger bolt under the starter and the hidden bolt underneath to the left of the top of the rear engine mount bracket -- and that's the one giving me troubles. The other bolts I can go ahead and screw all the way in when ready, but this hidden bolt screws in and begins to get hard to turn like its to bind somewhere. Ive tried moving the transmission left right up and down, I've tried tapping the dowel next to the problem bolt with a screwdriver and hammer to see if it wasn't hitting its hole, nothing. The gap I have all the way around is just a hair smaller than the length of the dowels.
At this point could it be that my spine shaft is caught up on the clutch disk, or is it unlikely? I put the trans on as straight as possible with a trans jack, but maybe it's hitting it just right, (tooth to tooth) to stop it from seating.? Idk.
Btw, I can turn the flywheel from underneath so it's not pinching or rubbing anywhere.
The only other thing I can think to try is just roll up my sleeves and screw the bolt home hoping whatever the issue is corrects itself as it closes. But that route has ended bad for me more than it's ended good.
Seriously want some input from you guys that have done this job before. Any ideas, things to try, I'd like to hear it.

Disregard this dread, I fight for two days straight and not 30 minutes after I post this it ends up coming together for me. Moderators feel free to delete if you can do that I can't seem to find a way to do that.
