Cooling fans run constantly.
I have an 02 accord with the 2.3l. I recently did some head work on it myself. Now the engine cooling fan and the condenser fan run constantly while the engine is running. I can verify that this symptom was not present before the head job.
I realize there is a fan switch but can it become stuck closed? I would think I'd have no fans if the switch was defective. I won't have time to look at it until Saturday. I'm just hoping someone has had and fixed this issue in the past.
Thanks in advance for any input you can provide.

It may also be a short to ground in the wiring from the switch going the relays.
Unplug the connector to the fan switch and see if the same issue still occurs with the ignition switch in the ON position (car doesn't need to be running).

I couldn't wait. I had to troubleshoot it today. It was a simple fix. I checked the codes when I got home and I had a P1259 code as well as it wouldn't rev over 4k rpm.
I tried the above advice and unplugged the fan switch and the fans kept running. Then I noticed that the oil pressure switch on the vtec looked like a similar plug. After unplugging the vtec, the fans cut off.
Why, for all that is holy, did they make those two sensors the same plug and also put them right next to each other?
But thanks for your response, it definitely pointed me in the right direction
