Default I'm sorta lost about what miscellaneous parts I need for my B16 Swapped EF rebuild

Hey all,
My crank is at the shop, and once I get that back I'm going to order all of the core parts I need for my rotating assembly (sans pistons), which includes a flywheel, main+rod bearings, and probably my throw out bearing just to be safe.
My only question is, what other miscellaneous things do I need to replace while all this is apart? The sheer amount of things I could replace is intimidating, and I haven't found a concise list that includes exactly what I need for what I'm doing. I'm just looking for a list of what I need to get in order to have a safe, healthy engine with no leaks or issues because I neglected to replace an obscure gasket, bearing, or some other obscure component.
Help or a list would be greatly appreciated on my part.

This that b16 with the crank end being micro welded to the flywheel? If your putting it together, make sure to get the block honed, cleaned and deck checked for flatness before assembly. Use a decent quality torque wrench also. There's a good video on YouTube by projectfarm on different brand torque wrench accuracy. I have the Stanley proto.. it works..
Here's the list..
Your doing the throw out bearing already, get a pilot bearing for the flywheel, inspect the return spring for the throw out bearing fork- check the little hook tabs on the spring that go on the throw out bearing, if they're worn a bit replace it. I just ordered one from Japan for my b16 tranny.. If it breaks, your clutch pedal will fall to the floor. Get the basics- new spark plugs, distributor cap and rotor, maybe even wires, a front and rear main seal, o-rings for the 2 orifices under the cam caps and 1 for the small center dowel under the cap bridge, oil pump o-ring, oil pick-up tube gasket, head gasket, timing belt, water pump, cam seals, cam end plug (felpro has a kit- 2 cam seals and the plug) or re-use your old one with sealant, valve cover gasket, distributor o-ring, if your b16 is a first gen get a 91 nsx vtec solenoid gasket set - there's 2 seals on it, exhaust manifold gasket and a oil pan gasket. Get a tube of Hondabond HT use it sparingly. Better than other rtv sealants..
Just a tip: use reg non synthetic 10 30w oil - could mix in 1 liter of non detergent mineral spirit oil with it for break-in. Change it after 5ookm to reg oil again then its next oil change you can use synthetic. Other than that, you should be good to go.

Ok, thanks! Since I'm not rebuilding the entire motor and the block is intact, this'll make things a heck of a lot easier. Once again your help saves the day.
