Default P0139 H02S S2 Slow Response

Hi there, everyone is always helpful here. I have a 2010 Honda CRV with fairly new O2 sensors (about a year old maybe less), both catalytic converters were just changed about 2 months ago. I purchased Walker converters. About a month after changing both catalytic converters but putting the same O2 sensors in my engine light comes on. With code P0139 H02S S2 slow response.
my question is should I just replace the sensor or are there other issues that can be causing this? Thanks again

Before replacing any parts, since you replace the cats make sure to check for leaks first. Cold vehicle stick vacuum hose in reverse in tail pipe with a rag and helper. Spray all joints w/ soapy water and look for bubbles.
