manual window install 95 civic dx

Trying to install my son's passenger-side window it's a manual but I'm not sure the placement of the two bolts that hook to the window theres a wide hole then it goes smaller

you may be overthinking it, the wide part is so the bolt can slip through without being completely removed from the glass.
it's not the same gen as yours but Honda didn't change much:

so u put the bolt threw the wide part and slide it over to the other end and then tighten it?
