So I have a 1990 ef civic hatch base with a B20b swap obd1 with a p75 I have the mpfi conversion harness I bought and wired the injectors obd1 and wired the distributor obd1. I don’t have any CEL and I retimed the car put new gas in it and still no start. I don’t have any clue what else it could be any help?

 

well lets start by asking some basic questions

1st
when you turn the key to the number 2 position do you hear the fuel pump come on for a few seconds and prime the system?

2nd
when cranking have you checked to see if you have spark at the spark plugs ?
