Shell good or bad
Hey I don't know what to watch out for when buying a shell
if it's backtagged for years will I need a inspection or just smog

if it's backtagged for years will I need a inspection or just smog Depends on why it is back-tagged
Title.. do I need it It helps, to make sure the car isn't stolen. If you don't have the title, it'd be a good idea to pull the VIN off the firewall and verify it isn't stolen.
