i found a civic today for $1000obo and its a 93 civic hatchback. i called on it and it has a blown head gasket and been hit on the front driver side. the owner says it was a minor accident and it shakes a lil when driveing. it needs a new hood and fender. its red with 125k. i figure i would throw him an offer when i go check it out. there is a lil bit of rust in the rear. so how much should i offer?
