Please help me diagnose.
2003 honda Ruckus
I've swapped out a new air filter, spark plug, fuel filter, fuel pump, battery, and cleaned carburetor, fresh fuel,, and cleaned fuel tank. The scooter runs great for about a mile, then it bogs down and dies. After it sits for a night, it starts right up, then it runs for about a mile and bogs down and dies?
What's going on here? Electrical issue? I just want to enjoy the ride and hope someone can point Mr in the right direction.

 

i know this is about a month late but have you tried a new battery?
