Default Help!!! Is it a blown head gasket ?

The b18c runs fine, doesn’t overheat, coolant gets into the exhaust seems only when the
Vtec kicks in at high rpm, looks and smells like coolant.
normal cruising there’s none of that.
Is there something else besides a head gasket would do this ? TIA
I should say there’s white smoke only when Vtec kicks in.

Coolant going into exhaust is head gasket failure.
