Recently took clip off rear hatch lock cylinder. Its the small half moon metal thing that goes onto nylon looking linkage thing.
Anyway does anyone know if civics have the same type clip on any of their lock cylinders mine dropped into a hole and its not easy to get out.

 

You can look up the mechanism's Acura part number, then go to a Honda site and query that number. Then click on "other models that this fits", somewhere at the bottom. You might end up calling a Honda Parts Counter and ask them which other Hondas use that part number.
