94 Honda accord EX having issues with starting, the engine attempts to turn but acts as if its flooded out. Once it does get moving it sputters when the gas is pressed hard.


Heres an example, though it may be difficult to hear because my phone apparently does noise cancelling that i wasnt aware of.

Pretty sure its not a fuel pressure issue, as when the screw on the rack is opened gas shoots well into the hood, so that rules out the filter and the pump, so i'm a little stumped.

 

I've replaced all four injectors (with 4 used ones from a 96 accord), the fuel filter, and the distributor points (which were loose.) Its gone from sputtering to full on backfiring when i can even get it started.
