Default Headers F23A1 yeah or may?

Thinking about putting headers on my 2002 Honda Accord.
Am I going to run into any issues when I do that with sensors or anything I'm also going to heat wrap the exhaust as well stock motor

You would put a header on it, not a pair of headers.

The stock exhaust manifold is a decent design for the stock engine. You will not see any gains swapping over to any of the aftermarket "performance" units available.
