Does anyone have a wiring diagram for the CR-V 2010?

I think I have a bad wire or something. Both low beams are at 7 volts. Thanks in advance.

 

Have you thought about adding relays to your headlight circuit?
I've installed relays for driving/fog lights, but the same can be performed for your factory headlights...

Tons of info. available.
