Default Neptune and AEM wideband not working

I can't get Neptune to show AFR's from my AEM X-series wideband. I tested it with putty using the serial output and the numbers came out perfectly. It outputs exactly what the gauge is showing. The problem seems to be in Neptune. I chose direct serial with the right com port, com5 for direct serial but the output stays at 0. I also select start direct serial. I've gotten my MTX-L to work before with Neptune. Any ideas?

edit: apparently serial doesn't work so you need to use d14 https://www.hamotorsports.com/pages/...g-instructions

Default Re: Neptune and AEM wideband not working

Well I got it wired up exactly like the instructions said but I'm getting a constant 3.76v from 02 reading. It changes to a different scale depending on which wideband I choose in preferences but still the number stays constant.
edit: Now swapped to the brown wire and it seems to be correct. The numbers move around as they should but I'm getting a decimal output instead of an a/f reading. I'm getting like .8 +-.2. Choosing any preset wideband option and even making one just gives me different decimal places.

Got it working finally! But I'm having to input an offset and even still it's still a tiny bit off at times. Like .1 off from what the gauge says. Will this be close enough? I used the voltage -af numbers from the AEM manual and just guess the offset that looked right.
edit: It is inconsistent. Sometimes it turns into a decimal point and the lambda shows a ridiculous number like 3000%.
