I was just curious how many miles until you guys think until we will have to get a new transmission? I have a 2015 Honda Civic EXL and I’m a little worried that the CVT transmission will die at around 100k miles, like the infamous history of Nissan’s CVT issues. It would defeat the purpose of me buying my 2015 Honda Civic EXL, considering that I want to drive it into the ground, and I went with a civic since they last 300k+ miles when taken care of. However I wish I would’ve done my research because if my CVT transmission goes out around 100k miles, and since CVT is more expensive than a regular automatic btransmission, then at the point I should just get a new car. I’m at 52k miles and plan to replace CVT fluid every 25k miles. How many miles you guys at?
