What is the purpose in this bracket on the power steering? My 2000 Accord 2.3L is having issues starting after replacing the cyl head, issue being no spark, trying to figure out if it's a bad ground and see maybe what could cause that lack of ground because my engine currently does not have this bracket on, is it needed? if not, could someone please help me overlook anything else I may have missed
