the other day i’m driving with my girlfriend taking her to go shopping, car drives perfectly fine all the way into town and almost all the way back until right before i get home it starts giving me problems. It begins to shake forward to back some not aggressively but some and in neutral it would coast fine and act normal. It made it up a pretty decent hill to get it home but it still doing the rocking or shaking and it idles a lot rougher than it did before. any ideas?? the car has jumped timing before could that be the issue again? maybe spark plugs? any and all input would help.
Thank you guys for the input! Sorry it’s taken me so long to get back to you, I will check the codes and update you guys on what they say! I’m trying to get under the hood but unfortunately i don’t have any tools, and any i had were stolen by my moms ex and i don’t have the current funds to get more especially with me not knowing what’s wrong with my teggy, so i’m in between a rock and a hard place but i’ll keep you guys updated! this is her btw

Looks good! try looking around on Offer Up you can down load the app free, look for a decent tool kit when you can.
Also to get started you can try a simple cheap tool kit from Walmart, as long as you have a 10mm socket and a 19mm socket you can pull the valve cover off and rotate the engine by hand using the 19mm socket on the crank bolt to rotate the engine CCW, pull the spark plugs out so the engine turns over easier. Get the cam gear to TDC and check to see if the belt slipped a tooth or 2 on the cam gears.
