1999 Honda CR-V won’t start
I have a 1999 Honda CR-V that will not start. I was driving then all of a sudden turned off in the middle of the road. I was pretty sure it was distributor because I wasn’t getting sparks. But when I swapped the distributor the car still didn’t turn on. I have gas, battery works fine, the fuses are all good, spark plugs and wires are brand new. What else is there ?
Does the engine crank when attempting to start it? Or nothing at all?
It could be something like a main relay (i know this is a issue with older civics) or key-ignition i.e. immobilizer acting up.

When your main relay croaks, you lose both spark and fuel so I think that's probably still doing its job. Did you swap the whole distributor unit, complete with coil and ignitor (aka ignition module), or just the cap?
