Hello, I need a little bit of help, please. I am not getting any signal (ohms) at all from my fuel level sending unit. I just replaced the unit. The fuel pump is working without any problems however, the sending unit doesn't appear to be outputting anything. I have pulled the unit and checked to make sure the plugs are connected all the way, and still nothing. All grounds appear to be in good order. Any ideas on what might be the issue? Thanks in advance.

It's a brand new setup. I think the chances of it being a bad unit are slim. Do you know how the fuel sending unit gets its power from?

 

The gauge cluster

 

So If I eliminated the gauge cluster, and put in a race longer with a digital display how would I get it to send it power?

 

You would need to consult the manual for the digital gauges you have.
