I have a 2009 ruckus and it have been sitting for 4 years. I recently have cleaned out the carb, swapped in new fuel lines, fuel filter, fuel pump and works, the fuel valve was cleaned, there is gas in the tank, engine oil changed, coolant changed, air filter cleaned, new battery, new spark plug. But after all of that done, my bike still won't start. When I try to start the bike, i hear clicking noise from my fuel pump and the starter relay. When i try to add gas, I just hear this air leaking noise near the carb, but i checked every pipings and they are all sealed and tight.

What are some other things I should check to get this bike started at least?
