Hello, I have a 2000 EX with the V6 engine. 183k miles.

I just replaced the spark plugs 500 miles ago with the OEM NGK plugs.

The car runs just fine except after driving about 30 miles on an interstate highway at about 70 MPH. Then I stop for about 15 minutes to do some shopping and when I try to start it, it is hard to start and keeps stalling. After about an hour, no issue it starts right up and runs fine.

There are not any codes showing on the scanner.

Is there something else that I need to check?
