Default Getting code 8

Getting a code 8 which is tdc sensor on a d16a6 with a z6 head swap. Ive changed dizzy and it still throws a code. I had to advance the cam gear quite a bit to get my base timing set any ideas? Car runs and idles just fine.
vms adjustable cam gear and a
104 tooth belt a6 crank pulley.
A6 tensioner
Hondata s300
Stock head.

From what I have found is that you need to use the d15b7 106 tooth timing belt..

Did you have to change any of the wiring for the distributor? The three distributor sensors need shielded wire, as they are very sensitive and susceptible to interference if regular wire is used.

I did mess with the shielded wire on the dizzy. I essentially cut out the jumper cuz I hate the way the connectors bulk up so what would be a means to fix that?
